This is a contract, Freight Payables Processor (on-site) opening in The Woodlands.Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to * Submit and process Freight Payables invoices for vendors with multiple modes of transporation such as ocean, rail, and trucking viaVIM, SAP's Vendor Information Management system* Serve as the main point of contact and maintain detailed processing instructions for those assigned vendors* Perform other departmental functions as requested by ManagementRequired Qualifications-- High School Diploma or GED-- 3+ years freight payables processing experience within SAP-- Ability to understand and address internal and external customer issues-- Good communication and interpersonal skills-- Detail oriented, analytical skills-- Ability to work effectively in a teamPreferred Qualifications-- Experience with Microsoft ExcelThis is a non-exempt job family/individual contributor position.--Final grade determination will be based on the successful candidate's overall qualifications.Travel Requirements: Up to 5%Eligibility for Relocation: No
