Job Description:
Seeking an IT Buyer to add to the team! - (This is a contract
position)Position details:Managing IT supply agreementsEnsure
supplier contracts are approved, executed by both parties, stored,
and maintained according to internal proceduresVendor Master Data -
Oversee new vendor setting in ERP system and manage changes to
existing vendors as requiredManage IT Purchase orders - Issue and
maintenance IT Purchasing Orders to ensure accurate and timely
payment of invoices. - - Handle invoicing issues/payment related to
vendor set-up, pricing, and payment terms. -Skills and experiences
required:Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain,
Business / Finance, or related field preferred.5+ years of
experience in IT or Purchasing may be considered in lieu of a
bachelor's degree.Experience/knowledge related to IT purchasing
support is preferred.Working knowledge of SAP and Ariba strongly
