For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be
required to be a successful applicant, read on.
The position requires the Estimator to become proficient with all
the products represented. Provide detailed estimates based on
schematics, design plans, and specifications. The Estimator is
responsible for all take-offs, pricing, and producing the final
estimate to be incorporated into the final work product.
Additionally, the Estimator will communicate with contractors
regarding new and ongoing projects, coordinating with them
accordingly to meet bid dates.
Requirements: Must have excellent written and verbal communication
skills; Strong organizational skills with flexibility to prioritize
work assignments. Ability to develop budgets and timelines;
Attention to detail is a must; Self-starter and good work ethic;
Knowledge in building construction or HVAC/Mechanical
contracting.
