Role: Were looking for a highly motivated Client Journey
Coordinator with experience in phone-based sales or customer
service to join our fast-paced real estate investment team. This is
a key role for someone who thrives on the phone, builds rapport
quickly, and wants to contribute directly to the success of our
sales team. In this position, youll serve as the first point of
contact for homeowners looking to sell their property. Leads are
provided by our companyyour job is to engage, qualify, and guide
these homeowners through the early stages of our sales process.
That means asking the right questions, overcoming objections,
building trust, and setting the stage for our Acquisitions team to
present offers and close deals. Responsibilities: Respond to
inbound leads and follow up with prospective clients Qualify seller
leads based on motivation, timeline, and property condition
Maintain and manage a daily pipeline of leads inside our CRM system
Build rapport with homeowners to overcome objections and encourage
engagement Schedule and coordinate appointments for our
Acquisitions team to present offers Determine which leads are ready
to engage and prioritize efforts accordingly Attend training
meetings and contribute ideas for improvement Perform
administrative tasks and special projects that support the sales
team Candidate Qualities: Strong background in sales or business
with a track record of results. Goal-oriented with a "go-getter"
mindset and desire to grow. Open to feedback and able to follow
systems and processes. Quick to take action and thorough in
execution. Builds rapport easily and enjoys helping people.
