Job Description:

Branch Manager - Responsible for Managing a team of 3 CSR's and working with the Sales Team to bring in new business

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager for the Houston Office. The primary function of this position is to generate revenue, handle budgeting, staff development, operations management, customer service and maintain quality and productivity levels.

We are seeking an individual with recent management experience in a branch office environment.

Job Requirements

?Minimum 3 years recent management experience, with an emphasis on customer service

?Proven leadership ability required

?Proven track record of achieving sales, expense, operating income budgets and developing successful business plans

?Experience with financial planning and budgeting

?Capable of building effective office sales teams and achieving success in a fast-paced environment

?Excellent written and verbal communication skills

?Bachelor?s degree preferred
